When it comes to improving health, body composition, or athletic performance, it doesn’t matter what you know or what you say. The only thing that matters is what you do, consistently.

During this program, you’ll practice a daily lesson that works towards your goal, track your consistency and measure your progress. In addition

But, there is a catch. YOU must commit to the program and sign up to work with me. I recommend a minimum of 12 weeks to see significant progress and up to 52 weeks to see lasting improvements in your overall health, body composition and performance.   2. Skill #1 (30 Days): Hunger & Appetite Awareness
  3. Habit #1 (2 weeks): Practice eating slowly
  4. Habit #2 (2 weeks): Practice eat to 80% full

As your personal Nutrition Coach, I will:

  • Provide expert guidance and support.
  • Help you work through blocks and setbacks.
  • Talk through problem solving or goal setting with you.
